PERSONAL CAREERWORTH ASSESSMENT
Understand your career picture—
and what it means in today’s labor market.
Think of it as a credit report for your career.
See the strength of your current career profile, what it may support in the market, and where your opportunities may be strongest. It does not tell you which decision to make—and it never measures your worth as a person.

A CAREER PROFILE, NOT A PERSON SCORE
Your experience is more than a job title.
The assessment brings together relevant work history, experience, responsibilities, skills, education, credentials and industry depth, then evaluates those signals against current conditions tied to your closest occupation benchmark and selected markets.
Your CareerWorth Score uses a 300–850 career index with percentage dimension breakdowns and practical next steps. It is a decision-support measure, not a financial credit score, psychometric test, hiring probability, or judgment of your potential.

Methodology, privacy and important limitations
CareerWorth combines user-confirmed profile information with its labor-market evidence. Your exact job title remains part of your profile; the selected occupation is a broad statistical benchmark used for occupation-level pay, demand and mobility context. It does not rename your role or capture every hybrid, executive or organization-specific responsibility.
For military transitions, CareerWorth translates the duties, skills, systems, leadership and resource scope you confirm, then compares that evidence with civilian occupation profiles. A military code or rank is context—not automatic proof of a skill, civilian management level or qualification.
The score explains experience, industry depth, progression, role-relevant skill alignment, education preparation, occupational demand, and career mobility as percentage dimensions. Missing evidence stays unavailable and is excluded rather than treated as zero. Credentials inform interpretation without automatic bonus points. Leadership scope and the sequence of roles inform the written interpretation, but a senior-sounding title does not automatically add points. AI helps organize and explain the evidence but does not set the score.
Estimated ranges are modeled from occupation-level wage percentiles; they are not employer ranges, appraisals, offers, or guarantees. Inputs are self-reported and are not independently verified. The assessment does not determine qualifications, hiring probability, future earnings, or intrinsic worth.
Anonymous peer benchmarking is a possible future feature, not part of this assessment. CareerWorth will not use a purchased assessment for that purpose without an appropriate permission and privacy framework.
