CareerWorthCareer decisions, made clearer.

ABOUT CAREERWORTH

Career decisions deserve more than guesswork.

CareerWorth turns labor-market evidence into practical guidance for choosing a career, evaluating a credential, and understanding a job offer.

WHAT GUIDES US

Clarity for the decisions that shape a working life.

Career decisions are deeply personal. Our role is to make the evidence behind them easier to understand and more useful.

01

OUR MISSION

CareerWorth helps people make smarter career decisions by turning labor market data and career intelligence into clear, personalized guidance they can actually use.

02

OUR VISION

A world where everyone has the information and confidence to make their next career move count.

OUR VALUES

How we earn your trust

Five commitments shape what CareerWorth builds, explains, and recommends.

  1. 01

    Data Before Assumptions

Important career decisions deserve evidence, not guesswork.

  2. 02

    People Make the Decision

CareerWorth informs decisions. It doesn’t make them.

  3. 03

    Make Complexity Useful

More data isn’t the answer. Better understanding is.

  4. 04

    Earn the Next Decision

Trust must be earned every time.

  5. 05

    Stay Curious

When the evidence changes, we’re willing to change with it.

WHY CAREERWORTH EXISTS

The information was available. The clarity wasn’t.

People make life-changing career decisions while juggling salary websites, job descriptions, tuition pages, benefit documents, household budgets, and advice that may not fit their situation.

CareerWorth was built to connect those pieces. We combine public labor-market data, transparent assumptions, and the information a person chooses to provide—then translate it into guidance that is easier to understand and act on.

We are not here to tell anyone what career to choose. We are here to help people see the tradeoffs, ask better questions, and make the decision with greater confidence.

WHY YOU CAN TRUST THE WORK

Useful evidence. Visible limits.

CareerWorth combines public benchmarks, your entries and clearly labeled scenarios. Job titles map to occupational classifications; wage results identify the reporting area. When a local estimate is unavailable, a labeled state benchmark may be used. Missing data is not treated as zero.

Scores summarize available evidence, not the certainty of success. Related occupations are possible moves, not measured transition probabilities. Cost-adjusted market comparisons are not forecasts of your take-home pay. AI exposure describes potential changes to tasks, not a probability that a job will disappear.

Budgets and taxes are planning estimates. Benefits depend on the plan, eligibility and vesting; benchmark values are not confirmed employer promises. Future earnings and savings remain illustrative. Sources, dates, formulas and limitations are available on the CareerWorth methodology page and within paid CareerWorth reports.

Financial fit is one part of career worth. Stability, flexibility, purpose, working conditions and opportunities to grow matter too. CareerWorth supports your decision; it does not make it for you.

Analytics and privacy

CareerWorth uses privacy-configured product analytics to understand traffic sources, time on site, feature use, anonymous calculator trends and purchases. Structured events may include occupation, broad geography, offer amount, budget totals and calculated results so we can improve the product.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, street addresses, payment-card information, private report links or free-text negotiation notes to product analytics. Form fields are masked in session recordings. Analytics is used to understand aggregate behavior; CareerWorth does not use it to identify calculator visitors.

Your browser’s Do Not Track setting is respected. Analytics practices may evolve as the product grows, and this notice will be updated when they do.
